Strict 48-Hour Notification Window: Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp indicated by the shipping carrier’s tracking system. Requests made after this window will be strictly rejected.
Security Tag Requirement: All our gowns are shipped with a high-visibility plastic security tag attached. If this tag is cut, removed, or tampered with, the item becomes strictly non-returnable, and the refund right is voided immediately with no exceptions.
Eligibility Conditions for Returns: To be approved for a refund, the returned dress must strictly meet the following criteria during our quality inspection: • The dress must be completely unworn, unused, and free of any stains or odors (such as perfume, makeup, or smoke). • The dress must not have been altered, tailored, or customized in any way. • The item must be returned in its original packaging and box to ensure protection during transit.
Non-Returnable Items: • Custom-made dresses or gowns modified at the customer’s request. • Final sale items or deeply discounted promotional pieces, unless a proven manufacturing defect is reported with photos within the first 48 hours.
